Returns
You can return purchased products within 14 days of receiving your order.
The easiest way is to log in to your account and use the quick return option.
1. Select products
Choose all or selected items from your order list.
2. Provide shipping details
Verify the data from your order and complete any missing information, such as shipping method, packaging type, and dispatch date.
3. Pack and ship
Pack the items (in original or replacement packaging) and send them via courier, parcel locker, or drop-off point.

Please make sure to include the receipt and a withdrawal statement in the package. You can download the withdrawal form or use your own — just make sure to include your bank account details and full name to speed up the refund process.

The 14-day return period is considered met if you send the statement or dispatch the return within that timeframe.
Returned products must be complete, unused, and in original condition (including tags). If the returned item does not meet these requirements, it may be sent back at your expense.
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned package. The refund method depends on the original payment method. If the order was paid via instant payment, the refund will be issued using the same method.
In case of a partial return, shipping costs are non-refundable.
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
If a paid order is not collected, the refund will be reduced by the return shipping cost.
Complaints
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will help you resolve the issue.

Please describe the issue in detail and include relevant information such as your order number, receipt, or invoice.
We will respond as quickly as possible and provide further instructions.
If the complaint is accepted, we will resolve the issue in the most appropriate way — this may include replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution.
