These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) define the rules for using the Perun Gear online store available at: https://perungear.com.

Section 2. Technical Requirements
To use the store, you need:
- a device with an internet browser
- internet access
- an active email address

The Seller is the data controller.

Section 4. Conclusion of the Sales Contract & Customer Account
Products can be purchased:
- without registration
- with a customer account
To place an order:
- Select products
- Add them to the cart
- Choose delivery and payment options
- Complete required details
Product descriptions and prices constitute an invitation to conclude a contract.
The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order via email.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and refunded.
Customer Account
Creating an account allows you to:
- track order history
- save personal details
- speed up future purchases

Section 5. Prices & Payment Methods
All prices are in PLN, EURO and USD (gross, including VAT).
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
Available payment methods:
- bank transfer
- instant payments / BLIK / online payments (via payment providers)
- credit/debit card
- cash on delivery
If bank transfer is selected, payment must be made within 3 days.
Section 6. Delivery
Delivery options:
- courier
- parcel lockers (InPost)
Orders are typically dispatched within up to 3 business days, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery time depends on the courier.
Shipping outside Poland is possible under agreed conditions.
Section 7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
To withdraw, send a statement via:

- or written form
Returned goods must be sent within 14 days at the customer’s expense.
Refund includes:
- product price
- cheapest delivery option available
The Seller may withhold refund until the product is received.
Section 8. Exceptions to Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made / personalized products
- sealed items opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons)
- products that cannot be returned due to their nature
Section 9. Complaints
The Seller is responsible for product conformity with the contract.
Complaints can be submitted:

Response time: up to 14 days
Customers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution options.
Section 10. Product Reviews
Customers can leave reviews if logged in.
Reviews must:
- comply with the law
- not contain offensive or illegal content
- not be promotional spam
The Seller may remove or moderate reviews that violate the rules.
