AIM FS-42 Folding Stock Bag is a specialist tactical rifle bag designed for rifles with a stock that folds to the right, towards the bolt. The model was developed in cooperation with leading rifle manufacturers to provide secure transport for rifles whose profile becomes significantly wider when the stock is folded.
The bag accommodates rifles with a maximum folded length of 103 cm / 40.5".
A distinctive feature of the FS-42 is its deep, expandable stock retention pocket. It is fully adjustable, allowing it to be adapted to the shape of the folded stock and securely hold the rifle in place inside the bag. An additional reinforced support section beneath the pocket provides extra protection and stability during transport.
The rifle is secured using four fully adjustable retention straps, which can be positioned and tightened according to the specific rifle configuration.
The bag is made from extremely durable 1000D Cordura®, offering excellent resistance to abrasion, tearing and moisture. The interior is protected by very thick closed-cell foam padding, which helps safeguard both the rifle and mounted optics during transport.
A padded edge runs along the inside of the main zipper, protecting the rifle and scope from contact with the zipper. The large main compartment opens on three sides, providing convenient access to the entire rifle.
On the outside, at the lower section of the bag, there are two compression straps that provide additional support for the folded stock.
The FS-42 also features two large external pockets. Inside, elastic retention straps help keep accessories securely in place. Additional external webbing allows further equipment to be attached.
The bag can be carried in three different ways:

as a backpack using the padded shoulder straps, waist belt and chest strap,

horizontally using the central carry handle,

vertically or in the traditional drag bag configuration.
The shoulder straps are fitted with robust metal snap hooks and can be stored inside a dedicated zippered compartment when not in use.
The AIM FS-42 also features an integrated cleaning rod sleeve running along the spine of the bag.

Important Compatibility Information
The AIM FS-42 is designed for rifles with a stock that folds to the right, towards the bolt.
If the stock folds in the opposite direction, choose the AIM FSX-42 instead.
